To the Marina
Section:
Travel north from Sechelt along Highway 101,
turn left on Sans Souci Rd. and follow the
road until you reach
Buccaneer Rd (to the right), then following the signs along this road directing you to
the Latitude 49
Marina. The sloping road down to the marina curves through the 2.3 acre property
with a large, level bench on your left at the first turn offering
spectacular
building site overlooking the Marina and the Strait.
To the
Upper Section Estate and the Commercial Section:
Just
slightly further north on Highway 101, turn left on
Mercer Rd.
(at the Secret Cove Marina sign on Highway 101). The 2.1 parcel of land on
your right is the future location of the Commercial Area. The entrance to the
Upper Section is on your left opposite of the Commercial Area about 90
meters from the intersection. Address: 10113/31 Mercer Road.
